STEFANO OLIVA, Chartered Accountant
Stefano is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor. Before co-founding the Firm and becoming partner in 2015, Stefano worked with Studio Legale Tributario Fantozzi e Associati and other renowned firms in Milano.
Stefano specialises in company reorganisations, M&A transactions, international taxation, personal and family asset planning, contact with the financial authorities during pre-litigation issues, company valuations and the analysis of financial statement issues in accordance with both national and international accounting standards.
Along with his professional activity, Stefano has also lectured in Accounting and Financial Statements at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milano.
He is the author of articles published in specialist national and international publications, newspapers and book chapters.
In 2014 he obtained his LL.M. in international tax law from Wirtschafts universität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and Wien Akademie der Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer.
He graduated with honours in Business Economics and Corporate Law from the Università Bocconi, specialising in extraordinary transactions in 2007.

He qualified as a Statutory Auditor in 2011 and as a Chartered Accountant in 2010.
Stefano has been a member of the Associazione Italiana Analisti Finanziari ‘AIAF’ (Italian Association of Financial Analysts) since 2009, after having passed the Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) exam.
He qualified as a Financial Consultant in 2006.
