Drawing on its consolidated experience in the field, AeA Tax Law assists clients, companies and individuals, in analysing and resolving issues of international taxation either to structure investments and to optimize divestments, or to prevent or resolve assessment by the Tax Administration.
The Firm assists its clients, for example, in the application of double tax treaties and of EU directives, in the solution of problems related to transfer pricing, the possible presence of hidden permanent establishments, externalization, cross-border financial flows. The Firm has gained considerable experience in succession cases with cross-border issues, either due to the individuals involved or to the assets that have fallen into succession.
